Turn off clicking tick sound in explorer

Here's how to turn off the annoying sound that plays in windows explorer and internet explorer.

1. Open the Control Panel
2. Click on Sounds and Audio Devices
3. Open the Sounds Tab
4. Scroll down the list of sounds until you see Windows Explorer
5. Click on Start Navigation
6. Change the sound to None
